Good Luck Chuck

have you watched the movie ‘Good Luck Chuck‘?

in case you haven’t, the premise of the film is that women will find their “one true love” after having sex with Chuck (played by Dane Cook). He believes this was a curse put on him by a girl (when they were kids) in retaliation for having no interest in her.

that has happened to me in several occassions… well, minus the ‘having sex‘ part and the fact that I am the one in Chuck’s shoes…

all i need to do is just give him some kind of signal or just let him know of my feelings, and immediately after, they’d be in a relationship with someone ELSE…

i’m not kidding!

but it only happens if i like the guy.

this is the reason why i always refrained from letting him know of my feeling…
and it’s also one of the reasons why i don’t want to be in a relationship… (imagine your partner running away with someone else! yikes!)

[i believe relationship requires HUGE investment on your emotions, time, effort... everything lah! *tak kuasa!*]

call me silly but i do believe that i’m cursed too! or maybe, blessed…?

ps: don’t read this as a sad entry… it’s just a trend in my life that i’ve noticed.
