i’ve found a very easy way to update my blog and at the same time update my Twitter and FB status!
how?
- I first link my FB account to my Twitter acount. You can easily do this by searching for the ‘Twitter’ application in FB. Or you can just click on this link here. Once you’ve done this, you can easily update your FB status via Twitter.
- Then, I link my WordPress account to my Twitter. You do this by authorising the connection between Twitter and WordPress. When this is done, you cn post your blog as normal. But, you’ll see the ‘Publicise‘ section in the Publish box on the right side of your post’s writing screen. Click here to read steps on publicising your blog on Twitter. You could even do it for FB and Yahoo! for that matter…
- Lastly, I enabled my WordPress’s ‘Post by email’ feature. I’m not gonna be redundant, so, why not you read the instructions here.
And since we’re able to send email via our mobile phones, updating your blog can be done anywhere anytime.
Your email subject will be your Blog’s title and also your FB’s and Twitter’s status. It’ll look like this…

So, apart from reading your ‘one-liner‘ status on your FB or Twitter, your reader can click on the link provided to delve further into your thoughts!
Yes, it’ll take you quite some time to set all this up. But once you’ve done it, it’s all gonna be easy-peasy!
